📅 Ordering & Pre-Order System
We operate on a weekly fresh-prep cycle. Place your order before the weekly deadline (announced on our site), and we'll prepare your selected cuts fresh for that week's delivery. This ensures you receive meat that's never been frozen, cut specifically for your order.
Absolutely! You can secure your favorite cuts up to 6 weeks in advance. Perfect for planning events or ensuring regular supply. We'll prepare and deliver it fresh in the week you choose.
We practice "cut-to-order" — we only prepare what's been purchased. This eliminates waste, prevents overstocking, and ensures every customer receives the freshest possible meat, never from frozen storage.
Popular cuts have limited availability each week. If a cut sells out, you can pre-order it for the following week or any future week. This way, you never miss out — you simply secure it ahead of time.

Yes! This is our core promise. From the moment we cut it until it reaches your door, your meat is kept properly chilled — never frozen. This preserves the natural taste, texture, and quality.
We specialize in premium beef cuts. Our weekly selection includes popular options like ribeye, chuck roast, beef shank, ground beef, and other premium cuts. Availability varies slightly each week based on the animal.
Currently, we focus exclusively on premium beef to ensure the highest quality. We may expand our offerings in the future — stay tuned!
Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness, clearly labeled with the cut name and exact weight. It is then placed in heat-sealed polybags to prevent tampering and ensure freshness, and transported in insulated, chilled packaging to maintain the perfect temperature during delivery.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across Alexandria. If you're unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering. For areas slightly outside our standard zone, we may be able to arrange delivery upon special request.
Deliveries occur on our designated weekly delivery day (announced on our site). While we don't offer fixed hourly time slots yet, deliveries take place throughout the day. You'll receive a notification via WhatsApp when your order is on its way.
Please ensure someone is available to personally receive the order. You must inspect the heat seal on the bags before signing for acceptance. If no one is available, we'll attempt to contact you to reschedule. For perishable items, we cannot leave packages without someone receiving them.
💳 Payment, Modifications & Support
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash directly to our delivery driver when you receive your order. A valid Egyptian phone number is required for COD orders. We also accept payment via electronic wallets.
You can modify or cancel your order by contacting us before the weekly order deadline. After the deadline, preparation begins and changes cannot be accommodated, as your meat is already being cut fresh for you.
The Correct Procedure: First: Check the heat seal upon delivery. You must inspect the heat seal on the bags before accepting the package. If the heat seal is broken or damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Second: Report the issue. If the heat seal was intact upon delivery but you find a problem after opening, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with clear photos of the product and packaging. Third: Resolution. For verified claims, we will offer either a full money refund or delivery of a new product for the affected item.
While we don't have an automated subscription system yet, we're happy to arrange regular orders manually. If you want the same cuts delivered every 1, 2, or 3 weeks, just let us know via WhatsApp, and we'll set it up for you hassle-free.
