About Our Service
TazajEg provides premium fresh meat via weekly pre-order in Alexandria. Our commitment to quality is rooted in our name's story and our detailed company journey. Our operations are governed by specific online purchase terms designed for freshness and customer satisfaction.
Ordering & Purchase Terms
We operate on a strict weekly pre-order cycle. Orders must be placed before the published deadline (Friday 11:00). Product is limited. Placing an order creates an offer under our customer terms. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we send an order confirmation.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in EGP. The price is confirmed upon order confirmation. We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We also accept payment via electronic wallets.
Delivery & Fulfillment
Delivery details are fully outlined in our Shipping Policy. By ordering, you agree to those terms. We guarantee fresh, vacuum-sealed delivery in heat-sealed polybags for tamper-evident security.
Customer Responsibilities at Delivery:
- Be present in person or designate an authorized representative
- Inspect the heat seal on all polybags before accepting
- Refuse delivery if the heat seal is broken or damaged
- Sign only after verifying the integrity of the heat seal
Accepting a package with an intact heat seal constitutes confirmation that the product arrived in our guaranteed condition.
Product Quality
We guarantee delivery of fresh products packaged to the highest standards. All meat is fresh and never frozen in heat-sealed bags.
Cancellation & Modification
Allowed only before the weekly order deadline (Friday 11:00).
Limitation of Liability
Quality guarantee applies only if the heat seal was intact upon delivery and reported within 24 hours.
