Weekly Pre-Order Cycle & Deadline
We operate on a strict weekly pre-order cycle to guarantee freshness. To receive your order on the designated delivery day, you must complete your purchase before the weekly deadline. This deadline is prominently displayed on our website and shop page.
Delivery Day, Times & Process
Deliveries occur on our designated weekly delivery day (Tuesday). Our delivery times in Alexandria are throughout the day; we do not currently offer specific hourly slots. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is dispatched.
Key Delivery Instructions
- Provide clear delivery instructions during checkout (building code, landmark)
- Ensure someone is available to personally receive the perishable package
- Inspect the heat seal on all polybags before accepting the delivery
- Refrigerate or freeze your meat immediately upon receipt to maintain cold chain integrity
❗ IMPORTANT: HEAT-SEAL INSPECTION
All our orders are delivered in heat-sealed polybags. This heat seal is our tamper-evident guarantee. You must check the heat seal before signing for acceptance. If the heat seal is broken or damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within specific neighborhoods in Alexandria. Please refer to our latest delivery areas map on our website or shop page for the most current coverage. Delivery to areas outside our standard zone may be arranged by special request.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery zone and order size. The final delivery fee is clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. We strive to keep delivery charges reasonable while ensuring our cold chain delivery standards are met.
Delivery Delays & Failed Attempts
While we adhere strictly to our delivery schedule, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. In case of significant delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp and reschedule while prioritizing product freshness.
If no one is available to receive the order after our attempt and we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled without refund due to the perishable nature of our products, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
